  Very rude staff at reception, a lady elderly reception staff. Though the man and the Asian lady seemed good. We were standing quite long to be seated at the front, some other people were standing behind us too but no one approached us to let us know they are only doing take away. It's only after we stood there for a while being ignored, finally we went in to check and that's when the lady at the reception said they are only doing take away.
  
  While placing order I wanted to change one particular item, very small change, I had not paid yet and she literally yelled at me for wasting her time. It was very unprofessional that too for a smallest change and I have never come across anyone at front desk being so rude. It was not a case where money was paid and she had to refund or cancel or anything close. I was yet to pay.
  
  I Will never ever come here again, don't even feel like eating the food ordered after such bitter experience. Haven't tasted food yet. Took a long time to get the food too. Losing customer forever with one bad attitude is not good for businesses. Even if it's a hard and busy day for staff, feeling welcomed at reception with a smile makes a lot of difference.

  Great service from attentive staff. Great atmosphere. Standard Thai takeaway style food. Sauces seemed like they were from the bottle and spring rolls did not taste freshly made.
